Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies on this website. Our hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent abuse and maintain security. These technologies are not used by us to build advertising profiles or track you across unrelated websites.

05

How we share information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information only where reasonably necessary to:

  • hosting, security, email and IT providers acting for us under appropriate contractual obligations, including Cloudflare, which provides website hosting, security and email-delivery infrastructure;
  • professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, insurers and auditors where their services require it;
  • regulators, courts, public authorities or law-enforcement bodies where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and security; or
  • a prospective buyer, investor or successor in connection with a genuine financing, reorganisation, merger or sale, subject to suitable confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

We require service providers to process personal information only for authorised purposes and to protect it appropriately.

06

International transfers

We operate from the United Kingdom and collaborate internationally. Some service providers may process information in the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires it, we use a recognised transfer mechanism—such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses—together with appropriate supplementary measures.

You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.

07

How long we retain information

We retain enquiry information and related correspondence for up to three years after our last meaningful interaction with you. We may keep specific records for longer where necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Technical security records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting and legal compliance, taking account of the retention settings and documented practices of our infrastructure providers. When information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it.

08

How we protect information

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. These include access controls, secure transmission, service-provider controls and measures intended to detect malicious traffic. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

09

Your UK privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and any relevant exemptions, you may have the right to request access to your personal information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion; restriction of processing; and transfer of information you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Your right to object

You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. We will stop unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed for legal claims.

To exercise a right, email contact@zveotec.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and understand your request. You are not normally required to pay a fee.

10

United States privacy notice

Zveometics does not currently meet the applicability thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

Residents of certain US states may have privacy rights under applicable state law, including rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to appeal a decision concerning a request. We will assess requests under the law that applies to the requester and will not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right. Requests may be sent to contact@zveotec.com.

This website is intended for a professional and general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

12

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to our practices, services or legal obligations. We will publish the revised notice on this page and change the effective date above. Where a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
